Community Supported Paper (CSP)
Ever heard of a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)? Traditionally, CSAs have connected consumers and farmers, providing fresh, local food in support of sustainable businesses. Our handmade papermaking studio is adopting a similar model to connect artists, craftsmen, and makers with our high quality artisanal papers.
By joining our CSP (Community Supported Paper) group you will get access to our papers at wholesale prices. In order to bring you this reduced cost we need a minimum of 10 participants in our CSP, with a maximum amount of 40 participants.
Ready to join? Here are your CSP membership options starting in July 2015. The deadline to participate is June 20th.
CSP members at both levels will receive 10 pieces of 11x17” cotton paper every month and can specify the type of finish they’d like the paper to have (calendared/smooth or natural/rough.) You can also specify sizing preference (no sizing, internal sizing, internal & external sizing.) All papers are a 60% rag and 40% linter cotton blend.
Paper pick-up days will be scheduled twice a month at our studio in St. Johns.
Click on the sign-up options to join our 2014-2015 CSP. Need a sample to test out prior to signing up? For $1 we will mail you a 5x7" cotton blend paper to test out. Have questions or want to ask about a custom size? Shoot us an email firstname.lastname@example.org.
